The Intersection of Business Law and Education: Preparing the Next Generation of Leaders
Keywords:
Business law, education, leadership, curriculum enhancement, critical thinking, practical legal skillsAbstract
In today’s interconnected global economy, organizational leaders must navigate complex legal environments and make decisions aligned with organizational goals and societal values (Lescrauwaet et al., 2022). In the pluralistic world of business law and education, the interplay between these two fields is not only an academic endeavour but a pragmatic framework for creating informed, ethical, and effective leadership (Stefkovich and Frick., 2021). Business law is an essential building block towards understanding not only the regulation of risk and the maintenance of minimum standards within society but also professional skills that underpin the fundamentals of many leadership-aspiring individuals in other fields.
