Archiving and Self-Archiving Policy
Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy:
Archives of Management and Social Sciences (AMSS) is committed to the long-term preservation and accessibility of its scholarly content. To ensure that all published articles remain permanently available, even in the event of journal discontinuation or website failure, AMSS employs the following digital archiving strategies:
Digital Archiving Services
We participate in established third-party archiving services that guarantee secure, decentralised, and enduring storage of our content:
- LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe): Enabling distributed archiving among participating libraries.
- CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS): Provides dark archive preservation and restoration of content if needed.
- PKP Preservation Network (PN): Ensuring redundancy and long-term access
Self-Archiving
Authors retain the right to archive the published version of their article (PDF) in personal websites, institutional repositories, or any other platform of their choice, with proper attribution and a link to the official journal version.
Indexing and DOI Registration
All articles published in AMSS are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) via Cross Ref to ensure persistent linking and reliable citation.
